READY KIDS PROJECTS
ReadingPals is a statewide early literacy initiative for Pre-K to 3rd graders. Their model focuses on developing early literacy skills, building relationships and confidence, and reinforcing a love of reading.
14. Reading Pals 2025 Fund: Fund a Reading Pal site for an entire school year.
Cost to provide the site is $20,000
Additional approved funding $10,000 per year x 3 years
Continued funding to be evaluated for additional years
Giving goal: $30,000
15. Ready Kids Long Term Fund: Funding as other opportunities present themselves.

Tender Hearts Caring Hands - assists individuals through our Food Pantry, Showers of Blessings, and Keep the Lights On Ministries.
Charis House - serves women struggling with drug and alcohol addiction with a residential recovery program that utilizes a Christ-centered 12-step curriculum.
Most Excellent Way - provides confidential addiction support group meetings and resources for those seeking recovery.
Early Learning Center - provides high-quality Christian-centered early education for children 3 months to 5 years.
Ministry Village aims to meet the needs of the hurting and suffering people in our area by providing support and access to various resources. We offer 4 ministries with 1 purpose: to serve as the hands, feet, and heart of Jesus Christ.
You can volunteer to serve at the Charis House, through Tender Hearts Caring Hands Ministry, or with The Most Excellent Way ministry. Volunteer tasks range from clerical duties, to drivers, phone receptionists, and more.
