OPPORTUNITIES WITH BIBLE MISSION

Village Centered Partnerships: Invest into villages in several areas to advance the gospel and create long-term relationships.

To date, Bible Mission has reached 500,000 families with the gospel. Three Hope Centers have been an integral part of this strategy as well as an International Training Center/Ministry Camp. This opportunity exists to grow and expand the gospel in partnership with Bible Mission by creating a village-centered presence in several key areas.

4. Bible Translations: Translating the Bible Story Book for Children and Families; printing 50,000 sets of which a portion would be available to the village partnerships that Olive Baptist Church has with Bible Mission.

Giving goal: $60,000 total for three translations in:

• Kurdish
• Uyghur
• Karakalpak

5. Hope Centers: Provide children from broken families and families at risk with desperately needed help, loving care, and living hope through the ministry of 3 Hope Centers.

Giving goal: $150,000 total for Hope Centers in:

• Tajikistan Pamir
• Uzbekistan Sergeli
• Russia Ola

6. Widow Support: Provide winter season necessities such as a portable out-house, 3 blankets, wood, coal and canned vegetables.

Giving goal: $6,000 for 30 widows in three villages.

7. Child Sponsorship Program: A financial sponsorship of children with the basic necessities that will allow for their physical, emotional, and educational growth. This would be done in a Christ-centered fashion.

Giving goal: $28,800 for 60 children in three villages for one year.

8. Summer Serve Missions: Sarah and her brother Sam Dickens are members and students of Olive’s Crossroads ministry. Bible Mission - Moldova has given them an opportunity to serve on their summer kids camp.

Giving goal: $6,000

“I am so tired, dirty, and happy—11 people prayed to receive Christ as their Savior and Lord.”

God calls believers to be witnesses for Him “to the end of the earth” (Acts 1:8). Following His instruction leads us to seek out those who have never heard the name of Jesus, whether they live in urban centers or isolated villages. With a current global population of over 8 billion people, we see 174,202 people dying every day without a personal relationship with the Savior. As of 2022, we have identified 3,072 people groups unengaged and unreached by the gospel (UUPGs). Together, we are working to change these numbers, and 172 of those people groups have now been explored with your help!

“I am so tired and so dirty and so happy; 11 people prayed to receive Christ as their Savior and Lord,” Drew* writes. Drew is a Project 3000 Missionary Explorer, traveling from village to village in a remote corner of the world.

“I have learned more than I ever expected, yet I have never felt more inadequate or less confident. The moments of physical struggle have been few and spread out but extreme. While trying to reach remote villages of UUPGs, I experienced an uncontrollable diet, food poisoning, bus rides with nausea, and nights on a village floor with 12 other guys. Any reliance on self or confidence in self has been stripped away. I have never felt more sure of my calling and more confident in my position as a servant of the Lord than I feel now.” -names changed for security*

We count on your partnership in prayer:

  • Pray for Explorers like Drew as they trek to “the end of the earth,” bringing good news. Ask the Lord to provide for their physical, mental, and spiritual needs despite isolation.

  • Pray for the gospel seeds Explorers plant to find fertile soil and bear gospel fruit.
